The 13 th EARTH VISION took place for three days in February 2005 and 16 films were selected out of 110 films submitted to EARTH VISION head office this year,

During the festival, film makers from abroad and Japan took part in Q&A session with audience.

Winner of EARTH VISION Grand Prize, Excellence Prize, Jurors' special prize for Children, EARTH VISION Award were selected in the end.

Silent Storm
(Australia /52min/Director: Peter Butt)

-The UK carried out nuclear testing in Australia. A scientist, Hedley Marston, attempts to shed light on the effect of testing on the environment and humans.

-Kawabe Town disclosed the problem of dioxin contamination. It joined hands with residents to embark on new environmental measures.
