| Summery SPM is contained in the diesel fumes of large automobiles. SPM particles are less than ten microns and cause cancer of the lungs and asthma. Residents in Amagasaki sued governments and a highway administration organization for air pollution. They promised to introduce regulations on SPM, but actually no concrete policies have appeared. This film recorded residentsO fighting for their future generation. More over, 140 SPM victims were apart of activists and died during the lawsuit.
